ArbiBlast Trademark Guidelines

Last updated: 5 October 2026

ArbiBlast.fun respects trademark rights and seeks to reduce confusion about whether a user-created token, project, creator, page, or piece of content is official, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by another person or organization.

These Guidelines apply to content displayed through ArbiBlast and arbiblast.fun. They do not mean that ArbiBlast can remove information permanently recorded on a blockchain or controlled by an independent third party.

1. Core Rule

Do not use another person’s trademark, trade name, logo, brand, product name, stock ticker, company identity, or confusingly similar material in a way that falsely suggests ownership, authorization, sponsorship, affiliation, partnership, or endorsement.

Do not impersonate a company, issuer, project, public figure, financial institution, government body, or other rights holder.

2. Stock and Company References

Because ArbiBlast may include stock-market themes or user-created tokens referencing companies, users must take particular care with corporate names, logos, and stock tickers.

A token that references a company or stock ticker must not be presented as:

  • an official token of that company;
  • a real share or tokenized security unless lawfully issued and clearly identified as such;
  • authorized, sponsored, partnered with, or endorsed by the referenced company when it is not;
  • redeemable for real shares when it is not; or
  • evidence of an investment or ownership relationship that does not exist.

Using a ticker or company reference may still infringe rights or violate law even if the token is described as a meme.

3. Parody, Commentary, and Fan Content

Legitimate parody, commentary, criticism, news reporting, or fan content may be legally permissible in some jurisdictions.

Where you rely on that type of use, you should make the context clear and avoid creating a false impression of affiliation. Where appropriate, use an explicit qualifier such as “fan,” “parody,” “unofficial,” or “commentary.”

ArbiBlast does not provide legal advice about whether a particular use is lawful.

4. Reporting Trademark Concerns

A trademark owner or authorized representative may submit a report containing:

  • claimant name and contact information;
  • a statement that the claimant owns the mark or is authorized to act for the owner;
  • identification of the mark;
  • registration or application number, if applicable;
  • jurisdiction of registration, if applicable;
  • goods or services for which the mark is used;
  • information sufficient to locate the complained-of content, including token name, ticker, contract address, creator wallet or username, and URL where available;
  • an explanation of why the use is believed to be infringing, misleading, or confusing; and
  • supporting documents reasonably necessary to assess the report.

Send reports to:

5. Response to Reports

ArbiBlast may review a report, request additional information, notify the affected creator, label or de-index content, or remove content from the Interface where ArbiBlast reasonably determines that action is appropriate.

ArbiBlast is not a court and does not finally determine trademark ownership or infringement. The parties remain responsible for resolving their legal dispute.

6. Creator Responses

If content you control is restricted following a trademark report, you may provide:

  • your contact information;
  • information showing that you own or have permission to use the mark;
  • information explaining why the use is lawful nominative use, parody, commentary, criticism, or fan content; and
  • other relevant supporting material.

Send the response to [email protected].

7. Repeat or Intentional Violations

ArbiBlast may restrict Interface-controlled features for users who repeatedly or intentionally engage in trademark infringement, impersonation, or deceptive affiliation claims.

8. ArbiBlast Marks

The ArbiBlast name, logos, icons, visual identity, and related branding may be protected marks.

Do not use ArbiBlast branding in a way that implies an official partnership, endorsement, or ArbiBlast-operated token or service without written permission.

Fair, non-confusing references to ArbiBlast for commentary, integration descriptions, or factual identification may be permissible subject to applicable law.

9. Policy Changes

ArbiBlast may update these Guidelines from time to time. The current version will display its most recent update date.

User-created tokens are issued by their creators, not by ArbiBlast. Cryptocurrency and memecoin trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Tokens are highly volatile, may lose all value, and may have no liquidity. Listing or ranking a token is not an endorsement. A tokenized-stock pair does not grant company shares, stock backing or downside protection. Read the risk disclaimer.
