ArbiBlast DMCA Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
ArbiBlast.fun respects intellectual-property rights. This policy describes how copyright owners may report material displayed through ArbiBlast or arbiblast.fun that they believe infringes copyright.
ArbiBlast may be able to remove or disable access to material displayed through the ArbiBlast-controlled Interface. ArbiBlast generally cannot delete information permanently recorded on a public blockchain or otherwise outside its control.
ArbiBlast does not adjudicate private copyright disputes. Removing material from the Interface does not determine the legal rights of the parties.
1. Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe material displayed through ArbiBlast infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for ArbiBlast to locate it, such as the token name, symbol, contract address, creator wallet or username, URL, image or metadata reference, and relevant timestamp;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Send notices to:
ArbiBlast.fun Copyright Contact
Email: [email protected]
Do not send seed phrases, private keys, or wallet secrets.
2. Response to Notices
After receiving a facially valid notice, ArbiBlast may:
- review the identified content;
- request clarification or additional information;
- remove or disable access to the material through the Interface where appropriate and technically possible;
- notify the person who submitted or controls the affected material; and
- preserve relevant records as reasonably necessary.
A token, image, name, or metadata item removed from the Interface may continue to exist on a blockchain or another service outside ArbiBlast's control.
3. Counter-Notice
If your material was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- if required for a DMCA counter-notice, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. Federal District Court and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent; and
- any supporting information showing your authorization, license, ownership, or lawful basis for using the material.
ArbiBlast may forward the counter-notice to the original claimant. Where the DMCA applies, material may be restored in accordance with the statutory process unless the claimant provides notice of a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
4. Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate and to the extent technically possible, ArbiBlast may restrict or terminate access to Interface-controlled features for users who repeatedly or intentionally infringe copyright.
ArbiBlast may consider the number, validity, seriousness, and surrounding circumstances of infringement reports when applying this policy.
5. Misrepresentations
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a copyright notice or counter-notice may create legal liability.
Submit a notice only if you genuinely believe you have the legal right to do so.
6. Non-Copyright Complaints
Trademark complaints should be submitted under the ArbiBlast Trademark Guidelines. Other legal complaints should be directed to [email protected].
7. Policy Changes
ArbiBlast may update this policy from time to time. The current version will display its most recent update date.
