Fees Terms

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These Fees Terms form part of the Terms of Use. They explain trading fees and creator earnings for ArbiBlast pools, supported external launches and tokenized-stock swaps. The Rewards Terms govern cashback and referral rewards funded from ArbiBlast’s share of eligible trading fees.

1. Default trading fees

Both buys and sells carry a trading fee. The default schedule is:

Coin stageArbiBlast policy feeCreator feeLiquidity feeTotal trading fee
Launch: on the bonding curve0.90%0.50%0.20%1.60%
Growth: after graduation0.70%0.80%0.20%1.70%
Established0.60%0.50%0.20%1.30%

Percentages describe the shares of trade value, not shares of the total fee. Trading fees are included in the trade quote; gas is separate. Fees do not count toward the amount raised for graduation.

Graduation occurs when the coin reaches its funding target and moves from the bonding curve to its post-graduation pool. Growth fees begin with the trade that migrates the pool after graduation. A coin becomes established when its cumulative post-graduation trading volume reaches 50 times its funding target, measured in the paired asset. The trade that reaches that threshold still pays growth fees; established fees apply from the next trade. This transition is permanent and does not depend on the coin’s price.

A transaction that crosses graduation may contain separate trades at different stages. Each portion pays the fees applicable to it.

2. Fee changes and launch protection

The policy fee is ArbiBlast’s share, covering protocol revenue and the cashback and referral budgets. The protocol owner can change the policy fee for each stage or set a different policy fee for an individual pool, including zero. The current contracts cap this share at 1.50%. This cap applies to the policy fee alone, not the total trading fee.

The fixed 0.20% liquidity fee is separate from the policy fee. During the bonding curve it is charged in the paired asset and goes to ArbiBlast. After graduation it becomes the pool’s LP fee, shared by liquidity providers.

Policy fee changes can take effect from the next trade without a waiting period. The scheduled creator rates and liquidity fee in the table are fixed by the current contracts. A lower policy fee can reduce or eliminate cashback and referral rewards as explained in the Rewards Terms.

Launch protection can temporarily raise the trading fee during a coin’s opening fee window. The surcharge above the scheduled fee goes to ArbiBlast; it does not increase the reward rates or the creator’s fee share. The trade quote shows the active fee and, when available, the remaining launch protection period.

Review the quote, fees and minimum received amount before confirming. Contract state can change between a quote and execution; your transaction’s minimum output and deadline apply. On-chain contract logic determines the fee actually charged.

3. Rewards funded from the policy fee

The default policy fee includes budgets of 0.10% for trader cashback, 0.20% for direct referral rewards and 0.05% for second-level referral rewards, all measured against the recorded paired-asset trade amount. These allocations add no extra trading fee. With all rewards payable at their full rates, the default policy fee leaves at least 0.55% at launch, 0.35% in growth and 0.25% when established for ArbiBlast, before rounding and differences in the reward calculation base.

A lower policy fee funds cashback first, then the direct referral, then the second-level referral. A missing referrer does not increase another recipient’s rate. See the Referral Terms and Rewards Terms for eligibility and exact limits.

4. Fee assets and calculation

For pools using the current quote-only fee model, the policy and creator fees are charged in the coin’s paired asset on both buys and sells. ETH pairs use WETH (wrapped ETH); onchain-stock pairs use the paired stock token. Fees are not automatically converted to dollars or to the coin being traded.

On a buy, policy and creator fees are taken from the paired asset paid into the trade. On a sell, they are taken from the paired asset received before those fees. During the bonding curve the 0.20% liquidity fee is charged on the same paired-asset basis and goes to ArbiBlast. After graduation, the pool’s native LP fee replaces that charge. Each trade uses whole units of the token’s smallest denomination, so rounding can affect the amount paid or earned. Price impact, slippage and changes in asset value are separate from fees.

5. Creator earnings and withdrawal

Creator fees accrue to the coin’s configured reward recipients, initially the launching wallet. These earnings depend on actual trading activity and are not guaranteed income. Trading through another interface can still generate creator fees when it uses the same pool.

To withdraw, connect the recipient wallet and open My Dashboard. Prepare fees for withdrawal where needed, then withdraw the available token balance to your wallet. Collection and withdrawal can require separate transactions and gas. Updating a reward recipient changes future attribution; fees already earned remain assigned to the previous recipients.

After graduation, liquidity providers earn their share in proportion to their liquidity. For the coin’s locked floor position, collected paired-asset fees go to ArbiBlast; collected coin-side fees are burned. This is separate from the fixed creator fee above.

See Creator fees for examples and withdrawal instructions. Creator earnings are separate from the cashback and referral balances on the Rewards page.

6. Other pools, costs and risks

Tokenized-stock swaps

Buying a tokenized stock with ETH or selling it for ETH through ArbiBlast’s stock swap screen carries a 0.95% ArbiBlast interface fee. The fee is collected in ETH: from the ETH input on a buy, or from the ETH proceeds on a sell. The displayed quote and minimum received amount include this fee and the route’s pool fees. Network fees are additional.

Stock swaps use third-party liquidity routed through KyberSwap. A route can use multiple pools and intermediate tokens. An available route is not guaranteed. These swaps do not earn ArbiBlast cashback, referral rewards or creator fees. Ondo eligibility restrictions and token transfer restrictions continue to apply.

External launches

An external launch is a coin launched outside ArbiBlast. The applicable fees are shown in the trade panel. Buys and sells of supported external launches through ArbiBlast’s external launch trading route pay a 0.95% ArbiBlast interface fee. This replaces the native ArbiBlast lifecycle policy fee for these trades. ArbiBlast does not add a creator fee to external launches.

The interface fee is charged in the pool’s paired asset: from the paired-asset budget after any payment-token conversion on a buy, or from the paired-asset proceeds after the underlying pool’s fees and before any payout conversion on a sell. Native ETH fees are wrapped to WETH for collection and rewards. The fee is included in the displayed quote and minimum received amount.

The 0.95% includes budgets of 0.10% for trader cashback, 0.20% for the direct referrer and 0.05% for the second-level referrer. When all qualify, 0.60% remains for ArbiBlast before rounding. These rewards use the paired-asset amount before ArbiBlast’s interface fee and follow the same eligibility, finality, publication and claim requirements in the Rewards Terms.

Underlying pool fees, including any third-party creator, liquidity provider or launch protection fees, continue to apply separately. ArbiBlast does not control or collect those third-party creator fees. Payment-token conversion fees and gas are separate. A token’s listing alone creates no rewards: trades through other interfaces and routes that do not collect ArbiBlast’s interface fee do not qualify under this external launch program.

The current external launch router fixes its interface fee at 0.95%. A future route or fee change will be disclosed before confirmation and reflected in these terms. Legacy pools can use different fees, recipients and payout assets; the native lifecycle schedule does not change their contracts. Review the applicable pool and trade quote.
