Referral Terms

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These Referral Terms form part of the Terms of Use and apply when you receive, share or join with a ArbiBlast referral code, or earn referral rewards. The Rewards Terms govern reward calculation and claims, and the Fees Terms explain the fees that fund the program.

1. Eligibility and participation

You must meet and continue to meet the Eligibility Policy. Referrers and referred traders remain subject to applicable wallet screening, access restrictions and the Terms of Use. An invitation cannot override these requirements.

There is no enrollment charge, deposit, token purchase or minimum number of invitations required to receive a referral key. A code, link, wallet connection or new participant alone earns no reward. Rewards arise only from qualifying finalized trades in supported pools. Participation does not guarantee any earnings.

2. Permanent codes and referral relationships

Each wallet is automatically assigned one permanent, unique referral key. Traders cannot choose or customize it. Existing referral codes remain valid. Joining through an invitation requires a wallet-signed message; that signature does not move funds or approve spending.

Opening a link does not establish a referral relationship. The trader must confirm the code and sign to join. The first successful join is permanent and cannot be replaced by another code. A wallet cannot use its own code or join a referral chain that leads back to itself.

Each trader has at most one direct referrer. The direct referrer’s own referrer, if any, is the trader’s second-level referrer. No other levels qualify. If your referrer joins another person’s code after you join theirs, that person may become your second-level referrer for future qualifying trades. Earlier trades are not credited retroactively.

3. Two-level referral rewards

The current rates are the same at launch, growth and established stages:

RecipientCurrent maximum reward rate
Direct referrer: the person whose code the trader joined0.20%
Second-level referrer: the direct referrer’s referrer0.05%

For example, if you invite Alex and Alex invites Sam, Sam’s qualifying trades can earn Alex the direct reward and you the second-level reward. Alex’s own qualifying trades can earn you the direct reward. This describes how relationships work, not expected earnings.

Rates are percentages of the trade’s recorded paired-asset amount, not of the trading fee, profit or dollar value. On buys, the reward base excludes policy and creator fees. Each reward rounds down to the token’s smallest unit.

The trader’s cashback remains 0.10% under the current schedule whether or not they join a code. All three rewards come from ArbiBlast’s existing policy fee, with no additional trading fee. The available fee allowance is allocated to cashback first, the direct referrer second and the second-level referrer last. At a 0.325% policy fee, the maximum rates are 0.10% cashback, 0.20% direct referral and 0.025% second-level referral. At 0.30%, no allowance remains for the second level. At zero, no rewards are paid. Missing levels receive nothing, and unused allowances are not reassigned to another recipient.

Both referral relationships must exist before the qualifying trade for a second-level reward to accrue. Second-level rewards start only after activation of the two-level program and do not apply to earlier trades or reopen already processed rewards. A wallet cannot receive referral rewards from its own trade or receive both referral levels on the same trade. Legacy referral loops do not create additional levels or duplicate payouts.

4. Earnings and claims

The Rewards page shows direct and second-level referral earnings separately. Rewards are paid in each coin’s paired asset, including WETH for ETH pairs and the paired stock token for onchain-stock pairs. Claims pay only the unclaimed amount to the earning wallet.

The Rewards Terms apply to finality, supported pools, review delays, publication, funding, corrections and claim availability. Displayed earnings may not be immediately claimable. You are responsible for claim gas, wallet security, taxes and reporting. Creator fees are separate from referral earnings.

5. Invitations, disclosures and fair conduct

Clearly disclose near your invitation that you may earn rewards from qualifying trades by people who join and by people they invite. For example: “I may earn referral rewards from qualifying trades if you join with my link, including trades by people you invite.” Follow applicable advertising and disclosure rules.

Do not promise returns, imply typical or guaranteed income, misrepresent fees or risks, send deceptive or unlawful promotions, impersonate ArbiBlast, or imply that a code authorizes you to act for ArbiBlast. Do not use wash trading, artificial activity, referral loops, controlled wallets or other means to manipulate rewards or evade eligibility restrictions. Technical acceptance of a relationship or trade does not establish that the conduct is permitted.

6. Changes and availability

ArbiBlast may change rates, supported pools or program availability prospectively, or suspend or end the program, as described in the Rewards Terms. Changes will be published in the Interface or these terms. Policy fee changes may affect the next trade. Rate changes do not reduce correctly credited rewards; errors and non-qualifying activity remain subject to correction.

Referral rewards are variable promotional benefits. They are not interest, ownership rights or guaranteed income, and fees, gas and losses can exceed rewards. The Risk Disclaimer continues to apply. See the referral guide for participation instructions.
