ArbiBlast Risk Disclaimer

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This Risk Disclaimer applies to ArbiBlast, arbiblast.fun, and related ArbiBlast interfaces.

Read it together with the Terms of Use and Eligibility Policy.

1. High-Risk Activity

Digital Assets are speculative, volatile, and risky. You can lose all funds used in connection with a Digital Asset.

Do not use money you cannot afford to lose.

Historical performance, market capitalization, trading volume, holder growth, social activity, creator reputation, trending status, price charts, rankings, or community interest do not predict future performance.

2. No Investment Advice

ArbiBlast does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

Nothing displayed on the Interface is a recommendation, rating, endorsement, solicitation, or instruction to buy, sell, launch, trade, or hold any Digital Asset.

You must conduct your own research and make your own decisions.

3. User-Generated Tokens

Tokens available through ArbiBlast may be created by users.

Creators may use wallet addresses or pseudonyms. Review the token’s contract, distribution, creator information and any disclosed conflicts before trading.

ArbiBlast does not guarantee the identity, competence, honesty, solvency, intentions, or continued participation of any creator.

4. “Stonks” Are Not Stocks

A token using:

  • a company name;
  • a stock ticker;
  • a corporate logo;
  • an executive’s name;
  • a financial-market meme;
  • a stock-market category; or
  • price or chart imagery

does not thereby represent a real share, security, derivative, claim, receipt, or ownership interest.

Unless expressly and lawfully stated otherwise for a specific third-party product, ArbiBlast tokens do not provide equity, dividends, voting rights, liquidation rights, redemption rights, ownership of underlying securities, or a claim against a referenced company.

References may be parody, commentary, fan content, thematic metadata, or user-generated branding and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

4.1 Ondo Stock Pair Assets

Some paired assets displayed by ArbiBlast are Ondo Stocks, which are third-party tokenized stocks, ETFs, or ADRs. Ondo Stocks may provide economic exposure to an underlying publicly traded asset, but they are not themselves stocks or ETFs and do not provide ownership, voting rights, or a right to hold or receive the underlying asset.

Ondo Stocks are subject to issuer terms, transfer and eligibility restrictions, and jurisdiction-based prohibitions. They may not be available to U.S. persons or in certain other jurisdictions. You are responsible for confirming your eligibility before acquiring or using one.

Ondo Stocks and coins paired with them can lose value, including all value. ArbiBlast does not issue, endorse, guarantee, or control Ondo Stocks. Review the Ondo disclaimer and Ondo Stocks eligibility rules.

5. Securities and Regulatory Risk

A Digital Asset can be classified differently in different jurisdictions and its legal status can change.

A token may be treated as a security, derivative, collective investment, commodity interest, financial product, gambling product, e-money instrument, or other regulated product depending on its structure, promotion, distribution, economics, and applicable law.

ArbiBlast makes no representation about the legal classification of any Digital Asset.

Creators and users are responsible for their own compliance.

6. Smart-Contract Risk

Smart contracts can contain vulnerabilities, logic errors, access-control issues, upgrade risks, oracle failures, rounding errors, economic exploits, or malicious functionality.

Audits and testing reduce some risks but cannot eliminate them.

A vulnerability can result in partial or total loss without any practical means of recovery.

7. Blockchain Risk

The supported blockchain networks may experience:

  • congestion;
  • chain reorganizations;
  • forks;
  • validator or block-builder behavior;
  • censorship;
  • failed transactions;
  • delayed finality;
  • fee spikes;
  • network outages;
  • protocol upgrades; or
  • unexpected consensus failures.

ArbiBlast does not control these networks.

8. Transaction Finality

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

ArbiBlast displays launches, launch verification, prices, trades, charts, and holder data from mined blocks before network finality. A “confirmed” label or successful transaction receipt means a transaction was included in a block; it does not necessarily mean that block is final. Data from unfinalized blocks is provisional.

A chain reorganization can replace those blocks, removing or changing a launch, trade, balance, or other transaction effect. An affected transaction may become pending again, be included again with a different outcome or execution price, or fail. ArbiBlast may remove or revise earlier displays as it catches up with the network. A successful buy does not guarantee that either the token launch or the buy is final.

Launch verification checks the configured launch template and does not guarantee finality, token safety, value, or future performance. Finality and data updates can be delayed, and no completion time is guaranteed. A correction to displayed data does not itself cancel or refund an on-chain transaction.

Sending assets to the wrong address, signing a malicious transaction, approving an unsafe contract, selecting the wrong network, or losing a private key may result in permanent loss.

9. Price and Liquidity Risk

Prices can change rapidly.

Automated market makers, bonding curves, thin liquidity, concentrated ownership, large trades, or sudden withdrawals of liquidity can cause extreme price movement.

Displayed prices may be estimates rather than executable prices.

You may receive materially fewer assets than expected because of slippage, price impact, MEV, fees, rounding, or changing contract state.

10. Market Manipulation and Wash Trading

On-chain markets can be manipulated.

Displayed trading volume, holder counts, transaction counts, wallet activity, social metrics, or price movement may be influenced by:

  • wash trading;
  • self-trading;
  • bots;
  • sybil wallets;
  • related-party transactions;
  • spoofed social activity;
  • coordinated promotions;
  • insider activity; or
  • artificial liquidity.

ArbiBlast may attempt to detect suspicious activity but cannot guarantee that manipulation will be detected or excluded from analytics.

11. MEV and Transaction Ordering

Public mempools and blockchain transaction ordering may expose you to maximal-extractable-value strategies, including front-running, back-running, sandwich attacks, or other ordering effects.

ArbiBlast does not guarantee protection from MEV.

12. Creator and Insider Risk

Creators, insiders, early holders, related wallets, or sophisticated traders may hold a large percentage of supply or possess information unavailable to you.

They may sell before you, remove liquidity where technically possible, abandon a project, or otherwise act against your economic interests.

13. No Guarantee of Liquidity, Graduation, or Continued Market

If ArbiBlast uses launch phases, bonding curves, migration thresholds, graduation mechanics, liquidity seeding, pool creation, or similar mechanisms, there is no guarantee that a token will:

  • reach a threshold;
  • migrate or graduate successfully;
  • obtain meaningful liquidity;
  • remain tradable;
  • retain liquidity;
  • retain market value; or
  • continue to be displayed on the Interface.

14. Fee Risk

Transactions may include protocol, interface, creator, liquidity provider, wallet, network or other third-party fees. ArbiBlast’s cashback and referral rewards come from its existing fee share and add no separate referral fee. See the Fees Terms.

Fees reduce returns and may change.

The economic value of creator fees or other fee streams is not guaranteed.

15. Oracle and Data Risk

Displayed data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, manipulated, or inconsistent.

Prices, charts, trades, holder data, and launch verification may also be revised or removed following a chain reorganization, as described in Section 8.

Do not rely solely on ArbiBlast data to make financial decisions.

16. Third-Party Protocol Risk

If ArbiBlast routes or prepares interactions involving a third-party protocol, DEX, wallet, bridge, oracle, stablecoin, wrapped asset, or other service, you are exposed to the risks of that service.

ArbiBlast does not control third-party code or governance.

17. Stablecoin and Pair-Asset Risk

A stablecoin, wrapped asset, or other pair asset may depeg, become illiquid, be frozen, be hacked, fail to redeem, or suffer issuer, custodian, bridge, reserve, legal, or regulatory problems.

A “stable” label does not guarantee stable value.

18. Cybersecurity and Phishing

Crypto users are frequent targets of phishing, wallet drainers, malware, malicious browser extensions, fake social accounts, fake support personnel, compromised websites, and address poisoning.

Verify domains and contract addresses independently.

ArbiBlast will never ask you for your seed phrase or private key.

19. Public Blockchain and Privacy Risk

Wallet addresses and transactions are public.

Even if you do not provide your legal name, blockchain activity can sometimes be linked to your identity through analytics, exchanges, social accounts, counterparties, IP information, or other data.

Do not assume blockchain activity is anonymous.

20. Regulatory Intervention

Governments, courts, regulators, sanctions authorities, or other parties may restrict Digital Assets or blockchain services.

Such actions can reduce access, liquidity, utility, or value without notice.

21. Tax Risk

Digital-asset transactions may create tax liabilities even if you do not convert assets to fiat currency.

Tax treatment can be uncertain and may change.

You are responsible for your own tax reporting and professional advice.

22. No Custody or Recovery

ArbiBlast does not generally custody your assets and may be unable to recover funds, freeze a blockchain transaction, reverse a trade, replace a lost key, or reimburse you after a hack or mistake.

23. No Insurance

Unless expressly stated for a particular asset, assets used through ArbiBlast are not insured by a government deposit-insurance or investor-protection scheme.

24. Technology Risk

Blockchain protocols and token-launch systems involve evolving technology and market mechanisms.

Unexpected interactions between contracts, market design, bots, or users can create losses that were not anticipated when software was deployed.

25. Availability Risk

The Interface may be unavailable because of maintenance, cyberattacks, service outages, compliance measures, traffic, network failure, third-party failure, or legal restrictions.

ArbiBlast does not guarantee continuous access.

26. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • understanding the transaction you sign;
  • confirming your legal eligibility;
  • evaluating the token and creator;
  • reviewing smart-contract risk;
  • using appropriate position sizing;
  • safeguarding your wallet; and
  • obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

By using ArbiBlast, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

ArbiBlast is a noncustodial software interface for interacting with smart contracts on Arbitrum One. ArbiBlast does not hold your assets or private keys and is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. You authorize transactions through your wallet; smart contracts execute them. ArbiBlast cannot reverse blockchain transactions. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.

Coin names and images are submitted by users. Trademarks, logos and other brand assets belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Trademark policy.

User-created tokens are issued by their creators, not by ArbiBlast. Cryptocurrency and memecoin trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Tokens are highly volatile, may lose all value, and may have no liquidity. Listing or ranking a token is not an endorsement. A tokenized-stock pair does not grant company shares, stock backing or downside protection. Read the risk disclaimer.
