Eligibility requirements may vary by feature and may be changed where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, sanctions, licensing requirements, third-party restrictions, or ArbiBlast compliance policies.

  • fraud prevention;
  • wallet-risk screening;
  • age verification;
  • identity or professional-investor verification;
  • third-party asset or protocol restrictions;
  • legal or regulatory advice received by ArbiBlast; or
  • feature-specific risk controls.

Where required, you must provide complete and accurate information and must promptly notify ArbiBlast if your eligibility status changes.

4. Prohibited Circumvention

You must not attempt to evade an eligibility restriction by using:

5. Blockchain Access Outside the Interface

Public blockchain smart contracts may be technically accessible independently of ArbiBlast.

This policy governs access to and use of ArbiBlast-controlled interfaces and features. It does not represent that ArbiBlast can prevent all direct interaction with public blockchains.

A person who is prohibited under this policy remains prohibited from using ArbiBlast even if the underlying smart contract is technically accessible elsewhere.

6. No Determination of Legal Status

Eligibility under this policy does not mean that:

  • a transaction is lawful in every jurisdiction;
  • a Digital Asset is legally permissible for you to acquire or hold;
  • a token is not a security or other regulated instrument;
  • ArbiBlast has approved or endorsed a token; or
  • you have satisfied every legal, tax, licensing, disclosure, or regulatory obligation that may apply to you.

You remain responsible for obtaining your own legal advice.

User-created tokens are issued by their creators, not by ArbiBlast. Cryptocurrency and memecoin trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Tokens are highly volatile, may lose all value, and may have no liquidity. Listing or ranking a token is not an endorsement.
