ArbiBlast Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ArbiBlast, arbiblast.fun, and any related website, interface, application, API, software, documentation, smart-contract interface, or service made available under the ArbiBlast name (collectively, the “Interface” or “ArbiBlast”).

For purposes of these Terms, “ArbiBlast.fun,” “ArbiBlast,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ArbiBlast.fun, which operates the Interface. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].

By accessing or using the Interface, connecting a wallet, creating or launching a token, preparing or signing a transaction, or otherwise using any ArbiBlast feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the following documents, each as updated from time to time:

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Interface.

Before transaction features can be used, the Interface requires a wallet-signed acknowledgement of the current Terms, incorporated policies, risk disclosures and applicable eligibility declaration. We retain the signed acknowledgement and the exact document versions. Returning users may be asked to verify wallet control again, and changes to the applicable documents or eligibility declaration require a new acknowledgement. This message signature is separate from token approvals and blockchain transactions and does not itself authorize a transfer of assets. Wallet control does not establish identity, investor status or authority to represent an entity.

IMPORTANT: Digital assets are highly speculative and may lose all value. ArbiBlast does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, exchange, custody, or fiduciary services. You are solely responsible for your transactions and for determining whether your activities are lawful.

1. Nature of ArbiBlast

1.1 Software interface

ArbiBlast is software that may allow users to view blockchain data, create or configure user-generated digital assets, prepare transactions, and interact with blockchain-based smart contracts using self-custodied wallets.

Except where expressly stated otherwise for a specific feature:

  • ArbiBlast does not take custody of your private keys or seed phrase;
  • ArbiBlast does not hold Digital Assets on your behalf;
  • ArbiBlast does not act as your broker, dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, agent, exchange, bank, custodian, trustee, portfolio manager, transfer agent, clearing agency, or settlement agent;
  • ArbiBlast does not make investment decisions for you;
  • ArbiBlast does not guarantee execution, price, liquidity, settlement, redemption, value, or recoverability of any transaction; and
  • blockchain transactions are initiated and authorized by you through your wallet.

1.2 Public and autonomous blockchain systems

Smart contracts and blockchain networks may continue to exist and operate independently of ArbiBlast.fun. Restricting, suspending, or removing access through the Interface does not necessarily prevent a person from interacting directly with public smart contracts or blockchains through other software.

ArbiBlast does not control the underlying blockchains, connected wallets, third-party markets, or other independent services.

1.3 User-generated assets

Digital assets created, named, configured, promoted, or traded by users are user-generated digital assets. Unless ArbiBlast expressly states otherwise in a separate written agreement, ArbiBlast does not issue, sponsor, endorse, guarantee, underwrite, or make a market in user-generated digital assets.

Token names, symbols, images, descriptions, links, themes, and creator statements may be supplied by users and may be inaccurate, misleading, offensive, infringing, or fraudulent.

2. No Stocks, Securities, or Ownership Rights

2.1 Terminology

These definitions explain how terminology is used on ArbiBlast.

Stonk / onchain stock / tokenized stock. A stonk is an onchain tokenized stock. It does not represent rights to any potentially underlying asset, including ownership, dividends, voting rights, redemption or delivery of that asset, or any other shareholder or asset-holder rights. Holding a stonk does not make you a shareholder in a referenced company.

The Stonks section may also list tokenized ETFs, portfolios, and other third-party assets. Names, tickers, logos, categories, prices, and references to an underlying asset are descriptive labels and do not grant rights to that asset. Any economic exposure a third-party token may provide is distinct from ownership or shareholder rights. Third-party issuer terms and eligibility restrictions still apply.

Coin / memecoin. A coin is a user-generated digital asset displayed on or launched through ArbiBlast. It is separate from any stonk with which it is paired and does not represent stock, company ownership, dividends, voting rights, or rights to the paired asset.

Paired asset / pair. A paired asset is the other token in a coin's liquidity or trading pair, such as ETH or a stonk. Pairing does not give coin holders ownership of, or a claim on, the paired asset or any potentially underlying asset.

Underlying asset. An underlying asset is a stock, ETF, index, portfolio, or other asset referenced by a third-party token. A reference to an underlying asset does not give you ownership of it or rights to its dividends, votes, assets, or distributions.

These terms describe the Interface and do not determine a token's legal classification. Review the Terms of Use, Risk Disclaimer, and Eligibility Policy before using ArbiBlast.

Launch origin. A ArbiBlast launch is a coin launched through ArbiBlast. An external launch is a coin launched outside ArbiBlast. The trade panel shows applicable fees; supported external launches use the interface fee described in the Fees Terms. Listing a coin does not imply endorsement, safety, or a guarantee of rewards.

The same definitions are available on the separate Terminology page.

2.2 Stock-related references

The ArbiBlast name, interface design, categories, token names, tickers, themes, references to public companies, references to securities, charts, market data, memes, or stock-market terminology do not by themselves mean that a Digital Asset is a share, stock, security, derivative, deposit, fund interest, debt instrument, or claim on any real-world asset.

Unless expressly and lawfully stated otherwise for a specific third-party asset:

  • a token displayed on or launched through ArbiBlast does not represent ownership of stock in a company;
  • it does not provide shareholder rights, voting rights, dividends, liquidation rights, redemption rights, rights to company assets, or any claim against a referenced company;
  • a token using a company name, brand, ticker, executive name, product name, or stock-market theme does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, authorization, or affiliation; and
  • the price of a token need not track the price of any referenced stock, company, index, commodity, security, or other asset.

2.3 No securities offering by ArbiBlast

Nothing on the Interface is intended to constitute an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation concerning a security or regulated financial instrument.

You must not use ArbiBlast to structure, promote, distribute, or sell a token as an unlawful security, tokenized share, debt claim, pooled investment interest, profit-sharing right, revenue participation right, or other regulated instrument.

The legal characterization of a Digital Asset depends on facts and applicable law. Labels such as “meme,” “utility,” “community,” “stock,” or “not a security” do not determine legal status.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age and capacity

You may use ArbiBlast only if:

  1. you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  2. you have full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms;
  3. if acting for an entity or another person, you are authorized to bind that person;
  4. your use of ArbiBlast is lawful where you are located, resident, incorporated, organized, or conducting business;
  5. you are not a Prohibited Person under the Eligibility Policy; and
  6. where a jurisdiction or feature is restricted, you satisfy every applicable eligibility requirement.

3.2 Eligibility Policy

The Eligibility Policy is incorporated into these Terms. It includes jurisdiction-based prohibitions, sanctions restrictions, and additional eligibility restrictions for certain jurisdictions.

You must not use a VPN, proxy, geolocation-spoofing service, intermediary, nominee, alternate wallet, false identity, or other means to evade an eligibility, sanctions, compliance, or geographic restriction.

3.3 Ongoing eligibility

Your eligibility is continuous. If your location, residence, citizenship, regulatory status, sanctions status, ownership, control, or other circumstances change so that you are no longer eligible, you must immediately stop using restricted features.

3.4 Verification and screening

ArbiBlast may evaluate IP address, device information, wallet address, sanctions and risk signals, location signals, attestations, and identity information to determine eligibility.

ArbiBlast may request information or documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and may restrict access where verification cannot be completed.

4. Wallets and Security

4.1 Self-custody

You are solely responsible for:

  • selecting and securing your wallet;
  • protecting private keys, seed phrases, passkeys, passwords, signing devices, and credentials;
  • verifying transaction details before signing;
  • confirming token addresses, smart-contract addresses, chain IDs, approvals, permissions, and recipients;
  • maintaining adequate device and account security; and
  • all transactions signed by your wallet.

ArbiBlast will never require your seed phrase or private key. You should never provide either to anyone.

4.2 Wallet compromise

Transactions on public blockchains are generally irreversible. If your wallet is lost, compromised, hacked, drained, or used without authorization, ArbiBlast may have no technical ability to recover assets or reverse transactions.

4.3 Wallet providers

Third-party wallet software is governed by its own terms. ArbiBlast is not responsible for defects, outages, security failures, or acts of wallet providers.

5. Transactions

5.1 Your authorization

When you sign a blockchain transaction, you authorize the transaction described by the data presented to your wallet. You are responsible for reviewing the transaction before signing.

5.2 Finality

ArbiBlast generally cannot cancel, modify, refund, or reverse an on-chain transaction.

The Interface displays launches, launch verification, prices, trades, charts, and holder data from mined blocks before network finality. A transaction shown as “confirmed” has been included in a block, but that does not necessarily mean the network has finalized it. Data from unfinalized blocks is provisional.

Before finality, a chain reorganization can replace blocks and remove or change a launch, trade, balance, or other transaction effect. An affected transaction may return to pending status, be included again with a different outcome or execution price, or fail. The Interface may remove or revise previously displayed data as it catches up with the network. A successful buy does not guarantee that either the launch or the buy is final.

Launch verification reflects checks of the configured launch template; it is not a guarantee of network finality, token safety, value, or future performance. Finality and Interface updates depend on network and data-provider conditions, and no completion time is guaranteed. Updating Interface records after a reorganization does not itself cancel or refund an on-chain transaction.

5.3 Execution

A transaction may:

  • fail;
  • remain pending;
  • execute later than expected;
  • execute at a different effective price;
  • be reordered;
  • be front-run or back-run;
  • experience slippage;
  • consume gas without producing the result you expected; or
  • interact with a contract in a way not accurately represented by a third-party interface or data source.

5.4 Network fees

You are responsible for gas fees, priority fees, wallet fees, bridge fees, protocol fees, third-party fees, taxes, and any other costs associated with your transactions.

5.5 USD display estimates

USD amounts displayed by the Interface are approximate reference values and may not be entirely accurate. They may use delayed or unavailable third-party price data, vary between data sources, and differ because of rounding, market movements, fees, slippage, or price impact. A displayed USD value is not a guaranteed execution price or amount you will receive, and estimated values may not include all transaction costs, including gas. Choosing ETH or USD as a display preference changes how amounts are shown; it does not change the asset used for settlement. Review the actual ETH and token amounts, minimum received amounts, and fees in your wallet before signing a transaction.

6. Launching and Creating Digital Assets

6.1 Creator responsibility

If you create, deploy, configure, promote, administer, or receive fees from a Digital Asset, you are solely responsible for the Digital Asset and your conduct relating to it.

You must ensure that:

  • all information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
  • you possess all necessary intellectual-property rights or permissions;
  • the launch and distribution comply with applicable law;
  • you do not falsely state or imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, investment, or affiliation;
  • you do not misrepresent token economics, supply, fees, liquidity, ownership, lockups, allocations, control, admin powers, or smart-contract functionality;
  • you do not make false promises of returns, profits, price support, buybacks, dividends, redemption, or future value;
  • you do not use the token to raise capital unlawfully; and
  • you disclose material conflicts of interest where required by law.

6.2 No review or approval

Availability on ArbiBlast does not mean that ArbiBlast has reviewed, audited, approved, verified, endorsed, or determined the legality of a Digital Asset or creator.

6.3 Creator fees

Certain smart contracts may route fees to a token creator or other designated address.

Creator fees:

  • are not guaranteed;
  • may vary based on contract configuration;
  • may fail because of network or contract conditions;
  • may be visible publicly on-chain;
  • may create tax, legal, regulatory, disclosure, fiduciary, or other obligations for the recipient; and
  • must not be described deceptively.

ArbiBlast is not responsible for private arrangements among creators, promoters, referrers, communities, or fee recipients.

7. Fees and Rewards

The Fees Terms set out the current trading fee schedule, creator earnings, fee controls and withdrawal conditions. The Rewards Terms explain cashback and referral rates, eligibility, permanent referral joins, claims and program changes. The Referral Terms govern permanent codes, two-level attribution and referral promotion. All three are incorporated into these Terms.

Supported coins launched outside ArbiBlast and traded through ArbiBlast’s external launch route pay a 0.95% ArbiBlast interface fee on buys and sells, including the cashback and two-level referral budgets described in the Fees Terms. ArbiBlast adds no creator fee to these external launches. Underlying third-party pool fees still apply. Trading those tokens elsewhere does not earn rewards from ArbiBlast’s interface fee.

ArbiBlast and related smart contracts charge or route the applicable protocol, interface, creator and liquidity provider fees described in the Fees Terms. Cashback and referral rewards are funded from ArbiBlast’s existing fee share and do not add a separate referral fee.

Review the applicable fees in the trade quote before confirming. On-chain contract logic ultimately determines any fee charged by a smart contract, and displayed estimates may differ because of rounding, slippage, contract state, or network conditions.

Fees may be changed prospectively. Continued use after an updated fee becomes applicable constitutes acceptance of the updated fee.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees paid through completed blockchain transactions are non-refundable.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use ArbiBlast, directly or indirectly, to:

  1. violate any law, regulation, court order, sanctions restriction, export control, or legally binding requirement;
  2. access ArbiBlast if you are prohibited or restricted under the Eligibility Policy;
  3. evade geographic, sanctions, identity, fraud-prevention, wallet-risk, or other access controls;
  4. engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, embezzlement, ransomware, scams, phishing, or unlawful financial activity;
  5. manipulate or attempt to manipulate a Digital Asset market;
  6. conduct wash trading, matched trading, spoofing, layering, deceptive self-trading, fictitious transactions, or transactions intended to create a false or misleading appearance of activity, price, liquidity, demand, ownership, or volume;
  7. coordinate deceptive promotions, undisclosed paid promotions, pump-and-dump schemes, rug pulls, fraudulent liquidity removals, or misleading market activity;
  8. impersonate another person, project, issuer, company, brand, public figure, government body, or financial institution;
  9. falsely claim that a token is official, authorized, endorsed, collateralized, redeemable, backed, insured, regulated, or affiliated with another person;
  10. infringe copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, database, trade-secret, or other rights;
  11. publish doxxing, malicious personal information, unlawful threats, or unlawful content;
  12. introduce malware, exploit code, denial-of-service activity, or other harmful software;
  13. interfere with, bypass, probe, scrape at abusive scale, or compromise the Interface or its security;
  14. exploit a vulnerability in a manner intended to steal, cause loss, or materially disrupt users or the Interface;
  15. use ArbiBlast to unlawfully offer, distribute, solicit, or facilitate securities or regulated financial instruments;
  16. misrepresent a user-generated token as representing actual shares, equity, debt, dividends, profit rights, or ownership in a real-world company when it does not;
  17. use bots, AI, automation, synthetic media, or coordinated accounts to deceive users, manipulate markets, evade restrictions, or falsely create apparent popularity;
  18. conceal material token ownership, creator control, related-party trading, or compensation when disclosure is legally required; or
  19. assist another person in doing any of the above.

ArbiBlast may restrict or remove Interface access, hide content, block features, rate-limit activity, or take other reasonable actions where it suspects prohibited conduct. Such actions do not imply an obligation to monitor all activity.

9. Sanctions and Financial Crime

You represent and warrant that neither you nor any person for whom you act is:

  • subject to applicable economic or trade sanctions;
  • listed on a sanctions or restricted-person list administered by authorities whose restrictions apply to ArbiBlast or your activity;
  • owned or controlled by a prohibited or sanctioned person to an extent that causes applicable restrictions to extend to you; or
  • using ArbiBlast for the benefit of a sanctioned or prohibited person.

ArbiBlast may screen wallet addresses and blockchain activity using public data or third-party blockchain analytics and compliance tools.

No screening process is guaranteed to identify all unlawful or sanctioned activity, and screening does not constitute certification that any wallet, token, or counterparty is lawful.

10. User Content and Token Metadata

10.1 Your content

“User Content” includes token names, symbols, logos, images, descriptions, links, social posts, comments, profile information, metadata, and other material you submit to the Interface.

You retain any rights you lawfully hold in your User Content.

10.2 License

By submitting User Content, you grant ArbiBlast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to reproduce, display, format, adapt for technical purposes, distribute, and otherwise use the User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, promote, and improve the Interface.

This license ends when the relevant content is removed from ArbiBlast systems, except to the extent retention is required by law, backup practices, dispute handling, or the content remains independently available on a public blockchain or decentralized storage network.

10.3 Your representations

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit User Content and that the content does not violate law or third-party rights.

10.4 Moderation

ArbiBlast may, but is not required to, remove, hide, label, de-rank, restrict, or refuse to display User Content through the Interface.

Removing information from the Interface may not remove information permanently recorded on a blockchain, decentralized storage system, third-party site, search engine, archive, or other service outside ArbiBlast’s control.

11. Intellectual Property

The Interface, excluding User Content, third-party materials, open-source software, and public blockchain components, may contain trademarks, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, and other material protected by intellectual-property law.

Subject to these Terms, ArbiBlast grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Interface for lawful purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, sublicense, misrepresent, or commercially exploit protected ArbiBlast branding or proprietary Interface materials except as permitted by law or written permission.

Use of third-party marks is governed by the Trademark Guidelines.

Copyright complaints are governed by the DMCA Policy.

12. Third-Party Services and Data

ArbiBlast may display, link to, rely on, or interoperate with public blockchains, smart contracts, connected wallets, independent markets, data sources, social networks, and other third-party services.

ArbiBlast does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

Market data, prices, charts, holder counts, trading volume, social metrics, token classifications, risk labels, sanctions indicators, transaction simulations, and other data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, manipulated, unavailable, or inconsistent across sources.

Market data from mined blocks may also change before finality as described in Section 5.2 and the Risk Disclaimer.

You must independently verify information before acting on it.

13. Smart-Contract and Protocol Risks

Smart contracts may contain errors, vulnerabilities, unintended behavior, economic exploits, permission risks, upgrade risks, governance risks, oracle risks, rounding errors, or other defects.

Audits, formal verification, testing, open-source publication, bug bounties, or historical operation do not guarantee security.

ArbiBlast does not warrant that any contract is free of vulnerabilities or that a contract will behave as expected under all circumstances.

You assume all risks of interacting with smart contracts.

14. Digital-Asset Risks

Digital Assets can be extremely volatile and illiquid. You may lose all funds committed to a transaction.

Among other risks:

  • a creator may abandon a project;
  • liquidity may disappear;
  • holders may concentrate supply;
  • tokens may be manipulated;
  • smart contracts may be exploited;
  • third-party markets may delist assets;
  • regulatory treatment may change;
  • a token may become non-transferable or effectively worthless;
  • a blockchain may fork, halt, reorganize, censor, congest, or materially change;
  • gas costs may exceed the value of a transaction; and
  • a token may have no fundamental or realizable value.

See the Risk Disclaimer for additional disclosures.

15. No Advice; No Fiduciary Relationship

ArbiBlast does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, financial-planning, or other professional advice.

Content, rankings, trending pages, sorting, categories, analytics, search results, social signals, charts, transaction simulations, labels, or other information are provided for general informational or software-interface purposes only.

Nothing on ArbiBlast should be interpreted as a recommendation to launch, buy, sell, hold, trade, or otherwise interact with any Digital Asset.

No fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, agency, trust, partnership, joint-venture, or similar relationship arises between you and ArbiBlast merely because you use the Interface.

16. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, withholding, collecting, and paying all taxes, duties, levies, assessments, or similar charges associated with your use of ArbiBlast, including transactions, token creation, token receipts, creator fees, capital gains, income, VAT, GST, or sales taxes.

ArbiBlast does not provide tax advice.

17. Compliance With Law

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of ArbiBlast is lawful.

Applicable laws may include securities, derivatives, commodities, market-abuse, consumer-protection, gambling, AML, sanctions, licensing, money-transmission, tax, privacy, advertising, intellectual-property, and financial-promotion laws.

The availability of a feature does not mean it is lawful for you to use that feature.

18. Access, Suspension, and Changes

ArbiBlast may, to the extent technically possible and permitted by law:

  • change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any Interface feature;
  • refuse or limit access;
  • geo-block users;
  • block or label wallet addresses;
  • de-index or hide tokens;
  • change supported networks, pair assets, or contracts;
  • impose limits; or
  • modify Interface functionality.

ArbiBlast does not guarantee that any feature will remain available.

Where underlying smart contracts are immutable or controlled by third parties, ArbiBlast may be unable to stop direct blockchain interaction.

19. Experimental and Beta Features

Certain features may be identified as beta, experimental, preview, testnet, or otherwise under development.

Such features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unstable, insecure, changed without notice, or discontinued.

You use experimental features at your own risk.

20. No Insurance or Deposit Protection

Digital Assets and funds used through ArbiBlast are not bank deposits and, unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular asset, are not protected by deposit insurance, investor-compensation schemes, securities-investor protection programs, or government guarantees.

21. No Warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARBIBLAST AND THE INTERFACE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

ARBIBLAST DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND COURSE OF DEALING.

ARBIBLAST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE;
  • DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE;
  • ANY DIGITAL ASSET WILL HAVE VALUE OR LIQUIDITY;
  • ANY TRANSACTION WILL EXECUTE OR SETTLE AS EXPECTED;
  • ANY SMART CONTRACT WILL BE SECURE;
  • ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE; OR
  • USE OF THE INTERFACE WILL BE LAWFUL IN YOUR JURISDICTION.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARBIBLAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, DATA, DIGITAL ASSETS, PRIVATE KEYS, TOKEN VALUE, OR EXPECTED SAVINGS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE INTERFACE;
  • YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE IT;
  • ANY DIGITAL ASSET;
  • ANY USER OR CREATOR;
  • ANY SMART CONTRACT OR BLOCKCHAIN;
  • ANY WALLET OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE;
  • ANY HACK, EXPLOIT, PHISHING ATTACK, FRONT-RUNNING, MEV, MARKET MANIPULATION, OR FRAUD;
  • ANY ERROR IN PRICING, ANALYTICS, TOKEN METADATA, SIMULATION, OR OTHER DATA;
  • ANY TRANSACTION YOU SIGN;
  • ANY REGULATORY OR TAX CONSEQUENCE; OR
  • ANY LOSS CAUSED BY EVENTS OUTSIDE ARBIBLAST’S REASONABLE CONTROL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARBIBLAST’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE INTERFACE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF INTERFACE FEES, IF ANY, PAID DIRECTLY BY YOU TO ARBIBLAST DURING THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 100.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

23. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArbiBlast from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Interface;
  • a Digital Asset you create, deploy, promote, administer, or materially control;
  • User Content you submit;
  • your violation of these Terms or applicable law;
  • your infringement of another person’s rights;
  • your fraud, willful misconduct, or deceptive activity; or
  • taxes or regulatory obligations arising from your activity.

This obligation does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory law.

24. Force Majeure

ArbiBlast is not responsible for delay, interruption, failure, or loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, including blockchain congestion or failure, internet or service outages, cyberattacks, war, terrorism, civil unrest, sanctions, regulatory action, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or utility failures.

25. Privacy

ArbiBlast’s collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Public blockchain activity is inherently public and may be permanently visible to anyone. Connecting a wallet to the Interface may allow public blockchain data to be associated with technical or account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

26. Communications

You agree that notices relating to the Interface may be provided electronically, including through the Interface, documentation, a connected account, or an email address you provide.

You are responsible for keeping any contact information you provide accurate.

27. Changes to These Terms

ArbiBlast may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated by posting the revised Terms, updating the “Last updated” date, or providing another reasonable notice.

Your continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Interface.

28. Termination

You may stop using ArbiBlast at any time.

ArbiBlast may suspend or terminate your access to Interface-controlled services where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, compliance, technical, or policy reasons.

Termination does not reverse blockchain transactions or eliminate rights and obligations that by their nature survive termination, including provisions on risk, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and disputes.

29. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to all mandatory laws that cannot lawfully be excluded or varied by contract.

Unless a specific governing-law and forum notice is published by ArbiBlast for your use of the Interface, disputes shall be governed by the law determined under applicable conflict-of-laws rules and brought before a court or tribunal having lawful jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

30. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent where consent is permitted by law.

ArbiBlast may assign or transfer rights and obligations in connection with a reorganization, transfer of the Interface, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other lawful transaction.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

32. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the incorporated policies constitute the agreement governing your use of the Interface, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.

34. Interpretation

Headings are for convenience only.

“Digital Asset” includes blockchain-based tokens, coins, NFTs, protocol positions, or other cryptographic assets displayed or accessible through the Interface.

“Including” means “including without limitation.”

References to law include amendments, replacements, and related regulations where appropriate.

35. Contact

Questions concerning these Terms may be sent to:

Legal contact: [email protected]

Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or other wallet secrets.

ArbiBlast © 2026.

ArbiBlast is a noncustodial software interface for interacting with smart contracts on Arbitrum One. ArbiBlast does not hold your assets or private keys and is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. You authorize transactions through your wallet; smart contracts execute them. ArbiBlast cannot reverse blockchain transactions. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.

Coin names and images are submitted by users. Trademarks, logos and other brand assets belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Trademark policy.

User-created tokens are issued by their creators, not by ArbiBlast. Cryptocurrency and memecoin trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Tokens are highly volatile, may lose all value, and may have no liquidity. Listing or ranking a token is not an endorsement. A tokenized-stock pair does not grant company shares, stock backing or downside protection. Read the risk disclaimer.

You are responsible for your decisions, securing your wallet, and complying with local law. ArbiBlast is not available in restricted regions. Check your eligibility.
